Have A Gay Day Inc. is a comprehensive community support organization based in Dayton, Ohio, dedicated to serving the LGBTQ+ community and their allies through an extensive range of essential services. Operating as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Have A Gay Day provides critical assistance across multiple program areas including food pantry services, emergency housing support, transportation assistance, and emergency ride coordination. During the 2024-2025 fiscal year alone, the organization distributed over 450,000 pounds of food through their pantry program, completed 10,000 food and supply deliveries, and distributed 28,000 pounds of pet food to community members in need. Beyond food security, Have A Gay Day demonstrates its commitment to education and community enrichment by distributing over 2,500 books to residents throughout the Dayton area. The organization operates a fleet of delivery vans that bring resources directly to those unable to access services at their primary location on Needmore Road.
