In-person meetings take place at Christiana Hospital Room 1100 in Newark, DE, with virtual Zoom options available for those preferring remote participation. PFLAG Wilmington Delaware also facilitates PFLAG Connects, a virtual support platform accessible via video, audio, or chat, ensuring flexible access to peer support at no cost. The organization's volunteer-led programs address critical community needs including youth support through partnerships with PTK (Parents of Trans Kids) Delaware, the LGBTQ ASK Youth Group for middle and high school students, and youth housing advocacy. All groups are facilitated by trained PFLAG Wilmington Northern Delaware volunteers committed to meeting people where they are. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, PFLAG Wilmington Delaware channels resources into educational materials, a 24-hour helpline, and community outreach at local high schools and Delaware Pride Festivals.
