Savannah Pride Center

Savannah Pride Center is an inclusive advocacy, social, and service organization dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare and support services to the LGBTQIA+ community in Savannah, GA and surrounding regions. Operating as a volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit, the center offers affirming and accessible healthcare services including STI testing, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), PrEP/PEP prevention services, gynecological care, and general check-ups. All appointments and examinations are provided free of charge, with laboratory testing available at low cost. Services are delivered by qualified healthcare professionals including certified nurse midwives and advanced practice registered nurses who specialize in LGBTQIA+ affirming care. The center operates clinic hours on the third Wednesday of each month from 1-5 PM, ensuring convenient access for community members. Beyond direct healthcare services, Savannah Pride Center actively works to meet the broader needs of Greater Savannah's LGBTQIA+ community through advocacy, education, and social programming designed to promote safety, empowerment, and overall well-being. As one of only two dedicated LGBTQIA+ centers in Georgia, Savannah Pride Center serves not only the immediate Savannah area but also clients traveling from up to four hours in every direction, making it a vital regional resource for comprehensive, culturally competent care and community support.
