Triangle Community Center (TCC) is Fairfield County's comprehensive resource hub dedicated to empowering LGBTQIA individuals through specialized programming, advocacy services, and community support. Based in Norwalk, CT, TCC provides an extensive array of free weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly groups tailored to diverse needs within the queer and trans communities, including peer support circles, recovery programs, older adult daytime programming, youth groups, and sober social events. The organization's care coordination team delivers personalized, one-on-one assistance with critical life navigation services including housing support, healthcare navigation, mental health resources, financial stability planning, and social service coordination. TCC operates a full-service Drop-In Center in Norwalk equipped with essential resources including food pantry services, clothing closets, shower facilities, laundry rooms, computer access, and emergency micro-grants for individuals facing financial hardship. Beyond direct services, TCC offers professional training and education programs designed to help schools, healthcare providers, businesses, and service agencies develop more inclusive and affirming practices toward LGBTQIA populations.
